Subscriptions
A subscription automatically renews your Thunder Bay 50/50 ticket package each month. Your tickets are purchased and emailed to you between 2–5 p.m. on the first day of every new draw.
When purchasing tickets, check the box that says “Become a Thunder Bay 50/50 Subscriber” before clicking Buy Tickets Now. You'll be automatically entered every month.
- Go to account.tbay5050draw.ca
- Log in using the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
- Enter the 6-digit login code sent to your email.
- Click the circle with your initials in the top-right corner and select Profile.
- Under Subscriptions, click Manage or Cancel Subscription next to the one you want to stop.
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted.
Once cancelled, you won't be charged again, and you can re-subscribe anytime at thunderbay5050.ca/subscriptions.
- Cancel your current subscription following the steps above.
- Purchase a new subscription at your desired amount on thunderbay5050.ca/subscriptions.
Tickets are automatically emailed between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the first day of each new draw.
Payments are automatically charged to your saved credit card at the start of each new draw.
You'll receive an email notification if your payment can't be processed. You can update your payment details anytime by logging in at account.tbay5050draw.ca.
Yes. Log in at account.tbay5050draw.ca, click your initials, go to Profile, and update your billing information.
Yes. You can have multiple active subscriptions under the same email if you wish to purchase more than one package each month.
Log in at account.tbay5050draw.ca. Active subscriptions will appear under the Subscriptions section with your package details.
You may have accidentally subscribed twice. Contact us at info@thunderbay5050.ca, and our team will review your account and refund any duplicate payment.
Ticket emails can take time to arrive, especially during high-volume periods. Check your spam/junk folders and search your inbox for “Thunder Bay 50/50” or “tbay5050draw.ca.” If you still don't see them, our team will resend them when we reply.
At this time, subscriptions can only be cancelled and reactivated later. You can cancel anytime and restart at thunderbay5050.ca/subscriptions.
Yes. As long as your subscription renews automatically while you are outside Ontario, your tickets remain valid. You just can't manually buy tickets while located outside Ontario.
Rewards+ is an exclusive benefit for subscribers. If you win an Early Bird prize and your subscription is active, you'll receive an extra $1,000 added to your prize automatically.
Yes. Only active subscribers are eligible for the extra $1,000 Rewards+ benefit. You can re-subscribe anytime to regain eligibility.
