How to sign in
There's no password to remember. You sign in with the email address you used to buy your tickets.

Type in the same email address you used when you bought your tickets.

Enter the code we email you
We'll send a sign-in code to that email address. Type the code in and you're signed in. If you don't see it, check your junk or spam folder.

Managing your subscription
How do I sign in? Do I need a password?
There's no password. Go to www.tbay5050draw.ca/account and enter the email address you used to buy your tickets. We'll email you a sign-in code. Type the code in and you're signed in. If it doesn't arrive, check your junk or spam folder.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to www.tbay5050draw.ca/account, sign in, and cancel your subscription there. Your cancellation takes effect right away, so your subscription won't renew next month.
Can I pause my subscription or skip a month?
No. Subscriptions can't be paused, and individual months can't be skipped. If you'd like to take a break, cancel in your account, then subscribe again at tbay5050draw.ca when you're ready. You'll need to be physically present in Ontario to start a new subscription.
How do I update my credit card?
Sign in at www.tbay5050draw.ca/account and update your payment card there. We recommend doing this before your card expires so your tickets keep renewing without a gap.
How do I change my email address?
Sign in at www.tbay5050draw.ca/account and update your email address there. Keeping it current makes sure your monthly tickets and any winning notification reach you.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a renewal payment doesn't go through, update your card at www.tbay5050draw.ca/account as soon as possible so you don't miss a draw.
Can your team make the change for me?
Subscription changes are made in your online account, where they take effect right away. If you're having trouble signing in, email info@thunderbay5050.ca and our team will help. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Tickets, billing and prizes
When will I receive my tickets each month?
Your tickets renew automatically and are issued between 2:00–5:00pm on the first day of every new monthly draw. There's nothing you need to do — they arrive on their own.
How does billing work?
Your subscription renews automatically each month, and the card on file is charged when your new tickets are issued. You can see your subscription and payment details any time at www.tbay5050draw.ca/account.
Do I need to be in Ontario to subscribe?
You must be physically present in Ontario at the time of your initial purchase. Once you're subscribed, your tickets renew each month whether or not you're in Ontario when the draw renews — ideal for snowbirds and travellers.
What is Rewards+ and how do I qualify?
Rewards+ is our loyalty program for active subscribers. Win any Early Bird draw while your subscription is active and you receive an extra $1,000 Rewards+ benefit on top of your prize. You're enrolled automatically — just keep your subscription active.
How will I know if I've won?
Winners are contacted using the details on their account, so please keep your email address up to date at www.tbay5050draw.ca/account. You can also see past winners on our Winners page.
