How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Modify or cancel anytime through your secure self-service account at account.tbay5050draw.ca/orders — changes take effect immediately. Prefer we handle it? Email info@thunderbay5050.ca and we'll action your request within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my tickets each month?
Your tickets renew automatically and are issued between 2:00–5:00pm on the first day of every new monthly draw. There's nothing you need to do — they arrive on their own.
How does billing work?
Your subscription renews automatically each month, and the card on file is charged when your new tickets are issued. View your subscription and payment details anytime at account.tbay5050draw.ca/orders.
How do I update my credit card or payment method?
Sign in to account.tbay5050draw.ca/orders and update your payment details there. We recommend doing this before your card expires so your tickets keep renewing without a gap.
Do I need to be in Ontario to subscribe?
You must be physically present in Ontario at the time of your initial purchase. Once you're subscribed, your tickets renew each month whether or not you're in Ontario when the draw renews — ideal for snowbirds and travellers.
What is Rewards+ and how do I qualify?
Rewards+ is our loyalty program for active subscribers. Win any Early Bird draw while your subscription is active and you receive an extra $1,000 Rewards+ benefit on top of your prize. You're enrolled automatically — just keep your subscription active.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a renewal payment doesn't go through, update your card at account.tbay5050draw.ca/orders as soon as possible so you don't miss a draw. Need a hand? Email info@thunderbay5050.ca.
How will I know if I've won?
